I started using Easyhost some months ago. Today I realized that it was my biggest mistake. Reasons are,
1. Useless service. 2. Contact Support is very slow (bad). 3. Plans are cheap, but configuration is very weak. My site isn't being indexed in Google (because of this). 4. They don't support or help their customer.
You'll get just cheap hosting nothing else. If you just want to waste your time then buy VPS on easyhost otherwise shared plan are not suitable for wasting time.
I request hostadvice to add Minus Ratings instead of 0 stars, for people like these.
Do not ever use these people, absolutely shocking service. We have an old email from years ago that we have linked to our new ones. They won’t sell us the domain so we pay a yearly fee, they emailed on Saturday to say the fee is due however with it being over a weekend and out of office hours we saw it on Monday. Went online paid the fee but no emails, 100 tickets, 10 emails and numerous phone calls and still no response and we’re getting hung up on! Stay away I’ve never known a company like it
I have been with Easyhost (& Hostway before that) for 10+ years, and use it mainly for personal & business email. Their customer service got worse with the transition from Hostway to Easyhost, but it was tolerable. However since Dec-2019, their customer support has simply ceased. Maybe they sacked all of their support staff? You get an automated response, and if you pester, a (probably automated response) to say they are looking at the problem. But nothing actually happens for many days.
Poor customer support don't buy it, it's my advice
I have purchased the premium services , but that will never reply you on mails ,whatsapp and website supprt, when you need help they will not help you. A small issue can take 7 days to resolved , servers are down mostly
Easyhost - avoid this company with bad customer service
We hosted sites and domains with Hostway who were subsequently replaced by Easyhost. From that moment on we received nothing but BAD customer service: Helpdesk - didn't understand anything about our hosting arrangements. Every time we called you could tell the staff were reading from a script and it took the same conversations over and over to get things escalated. Billing - stopped sending us invoices and our sitecontrol area stopped showing invoices before 2015. We had to contact them again and again and had to beg them to invoice us so we could PAY them! Often emails went unanswered for weeks and at one point the suspended our account due to non-payment - even though we had paid via credit card! All of our domains were on auto-renew but we still had to contact the company to request that a domain be renewed. One of our domains lapsed due to them not renewing it - even though we contacted them and asked for this to be done. They then billed us for the renewal and refused to help us regain the domain from from one of THEIR subsidiaries!
Worst people to work with, worse service ever, select if you want to die of stress
I purchased domain + hosting from this rip off. I tried calling them multiple times but to no avail. I told them I was unable to receive/send emails and yet they wouldn't reply. If I would call them a hundred times they just got back to me saying wait for 24-48 hours :/ When I asked what the issue was the guy on the support was abusive & said do what you want and it'll be fixed in 24-48 hours. I asked for my money back so he stopped replying all together and blocked my number.
They have no telephone number, the only method of communication is a support@ email address. It's previously take 10 days for a response on this. Today they messed up our DNS records so our company can no longer receive emails. The only way to try to get them to resolve this is by email. Do yourself a favour and use 123-reg or godaddy where you can manage the records yourself. This is the worst supplier I've ever had to deal with.

I cannot access my emails since yesterday. Easyhost no longer has a customer support telephone number and obviously i cannot contact by email. I have not changed my username / password but these are suddenly "not valid" when I am redirected to zimbra. According to Zimbra it is because their bills have not been paid by Easyhost just so you know
