We've hosted with Easyhost for many years and, when they were Hostway, we had some major problems with websites down during a client demo when we had a dedicated server. However, they've improved greatly since. We now find them timely in their response to resolving issues/ requests and tracking these through. A bit more proactive support or suggestions would be helpful.
I have had my websites with Easyhost since they were Hostway, and IARNA before that. I am aware that they are not the cheapest, however, I have found ease of access to Technical Support to be far more important than price. Yes, we have had one or two technical difficulties over time, but none took more than 24 hours to fix, and most much less. I have found the support team in Romania to be highly technically competent, and almost always available 24/7. They answer the phone promptly, and their English is good. Of course, I'd be happier if the price was lower, but I have no complaints. One minor gripe is that the SiteControl website is very slow, and there are certain common operations that always give "System Error". I know the company is aware of this.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. We inherited a website from previous owners of a business that we bought and it was hosted on Easyhost. It was very expensive so we decided to move it away. It took 4 months and a lot of time spent on the phone to support to accomplish due to various problems. During this time they randomly deleted my sites DNS records leaving it down for days and no emails getting through. There are also no data protection questions to access your account over the phone, they allow you full access to any account if you can give them an account name or number which really worries me.
