The tech support team have always come through for me again and again. Especially Oliver. He is on another Customer Support plane. There were days when I felt that the mountains would fall. But guess who came through for me? Yes you guessed it right. Eleven2.com
I have been with Eleven2 since 2014. Their service is great, I have had no major issues with them, and whatever issues that crop up along the way can easily be resolved when you raise a ticket with them. Recommended
Worst Server and Supporrt Team ,not refunding the amount
Hello Guys i try to host on eleven2. but their cpanel is worst.hard disk are full.and i request to cancel but they take 7 days to cancel.take time to end of the last month to avoid refund..and finally cancelled but after canccellation 15 days over.they not yet refund the amount. nevr go to eleven2.. Thank You
There is basically no customer support. You can submit tickets and hopefully they will return your email within 24-48 hours. If your site is down, oh well. It could be down for a day until they get back to you. NOBODY answers their online chat. You can telephone them but you may never get a live person. You will get repetitive hold music though. Their user interface is one of the worst I've ever experienced, which is completely embarrassing for a web/tech company. About the only thing this company has going for them is their pricing isn't god awful. But you certainly pay for what you get. ZERO customer service and a decent amount of server downtime.
I've been a customer since 2008. Their service was great in the beginning. Over the last few years, their support team has been completely non-responsive. It's like there's one person on the other end and I will wait several hours until the "live chat" person responds. Further, once they make contact, there's about 15min between each response and it's completely not helpful in any way. I've spent the last 3 days with about 5 lines of responses and none of them have made any progress in solving my problem. And my problem is actually very simple: I'm trying to forward my domain to another URL.
It took about a week to get feedback on a refund. And their system is fraudulent. Cheap isn't always good at all. I greatly regret this. I am going to post atleast 500 reviews everywhere online to discredit this service if they don't refund my £255 asap. Just shut down the business if you can't run it.
I am a customer of Eleven2 since 2009, when it was SharkSpace. Year by year the quality has gone down. And now in the year 2016 this service can't be recommended to anyone. Cheap is not always good and this very well applies to Eleven2. My sites are down since 24 hours now and all they say is ETA 2, 4, 5 and so on. I am afraid that all my data is lost and i have no ways to recover it. I also fear that the company might just run away.
In short - AVOID ELEVEN2 even if they give you free hosting for life.
