Premium Fees Paid(Ebiz Pro "SSD Hosting"), but get my websites hosted on a fair server. I found another web hosting company at almost the same price on the plan but their hosting server is better than Exabytes. I signed up and done the site migration to test. End up the server performs better than Exa. It's same level of hosting spec but I get my websites hosted in a server with better performance. I really cannot tell why they treat Business Hosting Plan this way. I choose them because of they are a reputable company in Malaysia. I guessed I'm wrong with it. And, their online supports have a lot of improvement need to go. When you asking a question, they will take more than 5 - 15 minutes to reply. When I complaint why my server is that kind of performance, they come back with a response and said "As we check, we find everything is okay for us." What else can I say? I decided to make the switching.
