No communication about VPS going down, service cancelled
Very poor communication, they cancelled my VPS without notice and when I asked what's going on they said we can give you another one somewhere else.

They shuold work on customer support
The company is one man , Open support ticket and no body respond. I can feel cheap cost hosting company but they should respond to tickets and solve customer need's.
