Amazing and prompt customer service

These guys run a great service and the support is terrific. We've been with them now for about 5 years and have a couple of domains hosted with them. Up until now, we have not run any of the sites in anger but that will change in 2021. Their hosting charges are very reasonable and, even though they don't provide phone support, their ticketing support system is absolute Gold Standard with terrific turnaround times.

I really hope they continue to grow.

I changed to Relentless Hosting to host our small business website. The have always been extremely quick to answer any queries and are very helpful... even if I have made a silly mistake. I totally changed our website a few years ago and built a new one from scratch. They were very helpful and guided me through how to have my new site available for me to build but not "live" to the public while our old site was still live. When ready they helped me to make the new site live and delete the old site.
We have seen little to no down time in the whole time our site has been hosted by them.

My website is very basic and has been static for a number of years. I switched to Relentless a few years ago, based on them being Australian and hoping for service. I had a query in recent days, which I knew was in reality fairly basic, but as a novice user was hard for me to work out. Their patience from their help desk was fantastic over perhaps a dozen exchanges until I finally worked it out. I highly recommend their service, for people like myself with simple site & low tech understanding. Just knowing they're there and will respectfully help even people like me is amazing.
