VPSFAST took my PayPal payment but still mark my invoice as unpaid.

Raised a ticket but no action other than "late payment" emails for two days.

Terrible service bordering on fraud.

Currently VPSFast is totally scam. I have paid 2 server for purchasing. But they never reply to my ticket for over 1 months. in a word. I recommend not to purchase this service. you will lose your money and time.

23/02/2018 12:52:31 – Server went down for 2 days. Excuse: “we were optimizing our node”

05/03/2018 12:30:16 – Server is down again - still down 24 hours later with no reply from support

This company absolutely sucks! It is normal for them, when server not available for 2 weeks. And only one answer from support
"We were having issue with our Dc end, we were working on that it will be resolved as soon as possible."
What kind of problem can continue so long time????
Absolutely not recommended!!!

the server is not fast at all. the network speed of the VPS at south korea of this host is 10mbps but they said in the description that there will be 1000mbps for connection to the south korea but it is not even close to 30 mbps.

Completely useless
We opened a vps offshore for a mail server
We spend 30 days on a windows box trying to figure out the problem
We couldnt even telnet to mail-server.com or any other external host on port 25
We spoke with a tech back in forth
He would tell us 5x+ time we had to allow the port through the firewall... the firewall was disabled

Then he told us we needed to have a service binding on port 25.. which it was
That wasnt even the point we couldnt even telnet out of the box to anu external host

We setup a ubuntu box to test again with telnet. Same thing. We told them to check their firewall/router/isp

They kept telling us to 'install a mail-server'
Uh? Mail server was already installed running and logging...
