I have many different subscriptions with Netregistry/Webcentral and used their service for many years. Signed up to get another domain name in September 2022 without realising they sneakily added a "free" 30 day extra subscription to a service I didn't need or want which was then billed for if I didn't' cancel it. Finally realised I was being billed for this unused, unwanted service in April 2023 and had to ask how to cancel the service as it wasn't easy to locate. I also requested that I be refunded for all charges ($14.95 per month) as I never wanted or needed this service and never used it at all.

Webcentral "generously" refunded me for one month and referred me to some legal document as to why they couldn't refund me for the other six months. Needless to say, all my future subscription renewals (I have about 4-5) will be with another provider and that together with this review that I will post wherever I can will end up costing them more that the $90 they won't refund me.

Just another greedy company tricking time poor consumers into subscriptions they don't need or use. Should be illegal.

Constant mistakes in hosting. takes forever to get support and responses. All of this for higher cost than many of the competition. Links on their support site do not work. Very unprofessional.
