I am the type of person who reads tons of reviews for finding a product or a service which is the best fit for what I need, so I read tons of reviews on them before using them, ... Più which was for the first time in 2018, when I had a website with them for a year - before I suspended for a while that start-up. Well, I read tons of reviews on other similar services and companies, and I can say that HawkHost had the best reviews - and they still have - written by both techie guys and non-techie, like me. There were so many good reviews and still are on them, from people happy with both the technical aspects, and with the Customer Service. It is obvious that, for non-techie persons like me, a brilliant Customer Service means a lot, because how else could we be "saved" when we meet problems on the way? I mean, you other non-techie guys out there: you know very well what I mean: for us, even some simple beautiful technical jargon is like beautiful Chinese! yesterday, Wade literally saved me, with a great attitude and a great help, with things that I cannot even know how to explain to you, all I can tell you is that I will be finally able to start using my website for my new store! BUT also, I confess I was and I will always be interested in the opinions of the other clients who understand what is about, clearly they have strong positions from where they can express what they feel and think about the services they receive, and I just read another opinion like this moments ago and again it confirmed to me that so many of these customers appreciate so much HawkHost and see even more than what I see! I would say, it is a winning card: what they do is genuinely exceptional. How they do it: genuinely amazing. I know that you cannot please everybody, nobody can, but they have so many Customers happy with them. And they will have many more, with such quality and attitude. This is a review that was not requested from me, but I wanted to write, because I am so so happy with the level of support I received yesterday from Wade and the way this support contributes to my new business!!! Ultima recensione negativa | I have had an email problem on Site5 for nearly a year. It no longer provides telephone support and writing a "ticket" about an issue is summarily ignored. A few days later, after submitting a ticket, an email from site5 is ... Più received after each ticket that says. "since we have not heard from you the issue will be closed". I have sent several tickets complaining of he same issue numerous times and each time the issue is ignored and followed by the same email to me. There isn't even a statement that the issue was read. I have therefore moved my website and hosting to another hosting company but Site5 relentlessly bombards me with email about the issue it refuses to resolve. I lost a lot of business because emails I sent to customers from it's server were consistently bounced from gmail, aol and yahoo email accounts because the Site5 server was insecure by gmail, aol and yahoo. At this time, nearly a year after submitting the first ticket, and several months after moving my website to another host, Site5 refuses so acknowledge that I am no longer a customer. They keep sending those useless emails about the ticket being closed. I need to make sure that any future charges to my credit card that are attempted by Site5 are blocked since customer service has not deleted my account, even though I specifically sent a request to customer service insisting that my account be closed (and even though I have removed my website and email to another host). Site5's support is Horrible ...the worst...it is non-existent!! I suspect there are no live support technicians working for this company, hence the spitting out the same canned email month after month to me "closing" my ticket without ever addressing my problem , and giving no pretext that there was even an effort to address the problem. After 8 years of being their customer, hundreds of $ spent, after a little, few months break, I decided to buy some simple shared hosting for a couple of my landing pages for domains I'm going to sell. ... Più And AFTER I ordered the hosting and PAID for everything for TWO YEARS in advance using PayPal, they contacted me saying, that they refuse to provide the service because I used a VPN!!! Can you imagine? 3/4 of TECH YouTubers advertise VPNs, recommend using them all the time, but HawkHost has not noticed that yet in 2022, and accuses and insults it's own customers! PayPal, Amazon, Google, banks, even this TrustPilot - nobody has problem with VPNs, but them! So why didn't they just block that possibility, with an information to the customer to disconnect from VPN and try again? Why? Because they simply don't know HOW, they are unprofessional and they fear of VPNs, which means, that they must have been badly hacked or exploited by hackers using VPNs multiple times in the past. They still don't know how to defend themselves from that, so they primitively accuse all people using VPNs of bad intentions. I also spotted, that they don't add VAT to any invoices for EU customers, so if you live in Europe, be prepared for significant price increase in the near future, because I'm going to report that. This is, by the way, an unfair competition against other hosting companies, who pay their taxes to the EU. Meno |
