Above and beyond

I have been with HostMantis for about 10 years (I think) during this time they have been amazing. I am a "nerd" I guess but when I need help they are ...

always there. I remember one time I was at my computer and they were at their desk (I am on the other side of the world. Australia) and the Q & A were flying back every minute or so for over an hour until my problem was fixed. Very recently (July 2019) they went "above and beyond" expectations. If it was not for their help I would NOT have my 3 websites up and running. I find "Outside" help impossible to find, and at a Word Press meetup recently when I told others about the service from HostMantis all the others could say was "You are so lucky.. my provider would not do that and if they did it would cost hundreds of dollars)

ho provato recentemente il piano standard di hostinger, devo dire che il sistema di cache litespeed fà veramente bene il suo lavoro, ho ottenuto tempi...

di risposta molto buoni, nonostante ho una potenza di calcolo minore rispetto agli altri ho ottenuto un tempo di caricamento di 329ms, per quasi 50€ per 4 anni chi ti dà questi risultati? ottima Recensione di Hostinger comunque

They don't value customers/ make you pay for what you don't need

hostmantis suspended my reseller hosting account because of dedicated ip addon of 2 dollar which i bought for a client, the client did not pay as mayb...

e he/she didn't need the dedicated ip anymore but instead of un-provisioning of the ipv4 address they suspended my reseller account and even after raising complain they did not re activate my account rather i had to pay for a dedicated ip i don't use just for them to unsuspend my account, i have never faced such a thing my entire life.

ASK FOR MONEY TO SOLVE THEIR SERVER ERROR

Very bad customer support i got 500 internal servers on the "Cloud Professional" Hosting file and to solve that problem they asked me to charge is lik...

e "YOU NEED TO GIVE MONEY FOR SERVER THST'S FINE THEN THE REAL CASE IS IF ERROR ON THEIR SERVER THEN ALSO WE NEED TO PAY AMOUNT TO FIX ISSUE ON THIR SERVER" It's Real fun!!!!! Very Stupid hosting provider ever seen total loos of your money and third-quality server speed frequently you will get 500 internal server errors. I am a developer and ask for money to fix that error because i know everything i will not give money to them by someone non-technical ask that then they will pay and that is what running on this platform. if i can give a negative rating i can give -100000000000000 rating to them and I really angry with their customer support worst experience ever with any hosting provider i have used many hosting providers but this is the worst i have ever seen. I am a developer and all can see what service i am providing Wordpress web development service find me on google with "mr_darshanpatel fiverr" Last but not list "DON'T USE THIS PLATFORM WORST SERVER AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT" Darshan Patel (Wordpress Web Developer 4+years of experience).
