ady had previous experience with Knownhost support for a different website I manage, and so I quickly stood up a new account and moved all 14 of my domains from the competitor account to Knownhost.

One of the issues above that was affecting my site at the previous webhost was also affecting it once it moved to Knownhost. However, unlike my previous host who was unable/unwilling to help resolve the issue (that was going on two weeks with a resolution), Knownhost support was able to diagnose and resolve within 30 minutes. One of the best webhosting companies I have ever used and their support is excellent! |

d they are so fast to respond. The pricing is good, and the speed difference coming from Vodien dedicated servers and VPS is unbelievable. Oliver gave us excellent advice, from choosing which servers to use based on our needs and current setups, to specific settings to use in WHM. We're glad we chose Ransom IT, and they are all Australian!

alerting me to the files that were malicious. I deleted all of them except one (which I missed by mistake). Because of this, on a Friday night, they shut my site down - took it off line. Then they give me the spin that their 'abuse team' is different from their "support team" and they only work 9-5 monday to friday - no after hours support. So my site is now offline until Monday at the earliest. Dreadful service, in no way fit for a professional business to rely on. Please learn from my mistake, avoid these guys at all costs.
