we dont know why 3 years after the case happend you now send us yesterday email an and tell us "I will leave negative reviews about your misleading "free-speech service", including the TOR network. Good luck." and swear at us but let us explain the situation in full.

The case:
We have recived in 2018 and abuse email regarding your website evidence-based.review which was a website which hosted defamation content about a female professor from Georgetown University.
The website was mainly about doxxing off her private details (adress, phonenumber, private pictures) and a text i would not repeat in public.
That is defamation and clearly illegal under Icelandic law.

Einar, one of our icelandic staff, has then opend a ticket with you and asked you to remove the content or change the problematic parts of it.
You demanded a court order and we have told you that you break our ToS and AUP and by Icelandic law we have to take action if we see something clearly illegal.
If you host anything illegal like phishing or childporn there is no court order required to take it down. We, as every other legal hosting company, have to take action once we aware of illegal content.

But after the complaining party stopped responding to our email Einar has informed you in the ticket several times:

"For know the website can stay online untill further notice."

"Our legal team decided that there is for now no reason to take the website down, in case this changes we will update you."

This situation did not changed untill the 19.1.2021 where you send us angry emails that we removed your website and asked to close your account with us.

So your website was never taken down by us. The logfile clearly shows it was terminated because you asked to do so on the 19.1.2021

All the claims "we are not free speech" etc are simply baseless (we host websites like Wikileaks which clearly shows that we do support free speech and freedom of the press) and you should be aware of the difference of free speech and doxxing somebody you obvious have a personal problem with.

To keep your privacy we will not publish the ticket and email details to support our stand however we kindly ask you to stop posting false claims to avoid the situation where we have to do so.
