...s me that they only use French IPs, and therefore they cannot do anything about it. I contact the call center, a nice gentleman answers me and tells me that he would have solved the problem. After a few days the same response that I had received from technical support arrives, namely that there are only French IPs. I then ask for a refund, and instructions on how to request it. A week has passed and I am still waiting for an answer.
True story unfortunately.
I have tried several sites that deal with these products, and this is the only one that has behaved incorrectly. There are many excellent ones, avoid ikoula.
