I asked a simple question about whether their shared hosting supports Imunify360 + CloudLinux + LiteSpeed, and he couldn't provide a straightforward answer, insisting that I needed to buy a VPS and even shared a link to an official license buying site. He adamantly denied that such features were available in shared hosting plans, demonstrating a lack of knowledge. This encounter left me with no desire to proceed with a purchase, as I believe that if this is how they treat potential customers before making a payment, their post-payment support is likely to be just as disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to communicate clearly, I received nothing but rude and unhelpful responses from Danny. I frequently see their ads on Facebook, and while I had planned to make a purchase, this experience has solidified my decision to steer clear of InMotion Inc hosting. My review may not encompass all of the details, but it reflects the unprofessionalism and lack of communication I encountered during my interaction with their sales representative. This is truly one of the worst experiences I've had in my 16 years of web development.
