erco altri tipi di impostazioni. Sono SETTIMANE, ripeto SETTIMANE, che provo a contattarli per un errore che mi si è presentato fin dal primo giorno di acquisto di un dominio (errore causato dai loro server), ma telefonicamente non risponde nessuno, anche in questo caso ci tengo a precisare che: nel momento in cui avvio la telefonata, dall'altra parte il nulla più totale, il centralino non parte e dopo un pò una voce registrata mi dice "numero inesistente". Ho provato a contattarli tramite i loro social e non ho ricevuto risposta nemmeno lì: di conseguenza i lavori che hanno una scadenza, non vengono portati a termine e come spieghi ai clienti che è l'assistenza di GoDaddy a non considerarti? Inoltre l'intuitività non fa per loro. È imbarazzante non avere alla portata il centro di controllo o il cpanel, bisogna veramente diventare matti per trovarli e, una volta trovati, il sito crasha, ovviamente! Per cui niente, credo che una volta terminato il lavoro non acquisterò altri domini presso il loro sito.

worth the money. Here are my reasons for this review 1) Their technical support they dont read your messages in detail and they answer with canned resonses without showing any empathy to solve your problem. That happened more than 10 times already. actually 90% of the times that i contact them they had that mentality, Thats because eithr the suport they dont get paid decently or the CEO doesnt care for the support and he passed down the "i dont care mentality" to his employees 2) I had lot of problems with email connectivity and instead of soling the issue they just send a generic response without solving your problem, if they fix the proble, Lets say if, then the solution is going to take a super long time which by then you will be 3 years older. 3) I had also aproblem where the platform didnt let me create a staging website for one of my domains and by simply exlaining this to the technicalstaff they tried to make me feel that they work on it by saying “our internat development team is working on it” then all of a suden , a lady pops up saying “i took over this ticket ill be back soon” then another lady comes in the ticket and sais “our internat development team is working on it” they do this all the day without fixing my issue. How is this possible for the entire company like this to not have the developers to fix this task? Unacceptable behaviour. No i dont want to tell me how sorry you are, If you were sorry you would have made anyting possible to not make me come here to write this review. 4) I want to connect my email with outlook and sometimes it worked nicely, Every 10 days my mail get disconnected from the outlook client and im back to the support trying to explain them but they never pay attention to hat you are saying to them so they give you canned responses, if i didnt have the experience t direct the conversation in the right path, now i would have never solved any of those issues. Your systems guys have big problems with some of the protocols that you use and every 10 days the emails gets disconnected with the outlook . some kind of switching on the backend is what im smelling that the fault is, but you never weere transparrent to tell me anything because you think “lets not let the client know”. It’s a Bad mentality for a company. 5) Sometimes some technicians in the support they give you an answer and the next day when i came back to the live support to ask them why this is not working, they said “Those are wrong settings” in the meantime the previous day one of their technicians gave me those settings. So this means luck of knowledge . if some technician sais “X” and the othe sais “Y” then you are not training your staff as it should, and this is very very bad, if you only can imagine what trouble this can cause by getting help from people that they are not knowing their craft, then you would give a 100% refund with no questions asked. To nexcess team:If you have a hosting company and your support is bad then you dont have a business , and this company i dont feel like they have any good to offer because if they are going to eat up all my time back and forth in the chat they dont worth it. and also if they are not able to solve the problem then they dont worth anything at all. I usually dont write bad things and reviews but if i do there must be serious reason to do so.
