Only one limitation I found - no phone support + no-24 hr support.
When there is a critical issue and need support, you have to rely on ticket and then the staff will reply. Mostly we had responses in 30 mins to 1 hr, but when it was night time, we had to wait until the morning.
But, otherwise had been using this without any major issues for last 2 years, with 2 java based apps and some html/JS based front-end hosted on our account.
