Even I contacted on the phone, a sales guy named Jay was advising on tech support without getting the right person on the call. He was unprofessional without any sensitivity to my concern untill today in the early evening Shahid Shaikh changed the whole course of things to happend. I can not thank him enough for what he has done today in the last few hours. Appreciated his patience. Was on the dot on what needs to be done with clinical precision. You are truly a valuable asset for Milesweb. Finally My one week’s struggle comes to an end. Wishing him the very Best. Keep this attitude and it will take him places. My piece of advise to the MIlesweb management, donot ruin the relationship with the customer by cutting costs and making their lifes difficult by subcribing to the chat support. Please keep an avenue open that the customers could talk to express their concerns.
