At least twice in last 1 years their technical support mis-configured (the resolution) of emails issues. When you indicate it, they will never accept they made a mistake. You just have to swallow it. This is while you have already bore their pathetic service for 7 days, when email sent or receive did not work. 3. They dont like tickets, even if its due to their low-quality systems and low quality people. And be ready to listen to some arguments and lecture. Usual turn-around time is 6-12 hours 4. Despite of all this you find yourself having extra time and flush of money and go ahead with B4UIndia, be ready to be bumped out of their hosting, disregarding your loyalty, good intention, timely payments. They can simply say "we cannnot to host you. You have 1 week, please move your hosting". When you ask for a reason, they will say you raised lots of tickets (if you think 40 tickets in more than 6 years is lot, including their own incompetency, upgrades, and lousy services, than probably you deserve B4UIndia only.) Finally, once again, take very serious note, don't choose a small street-side service provider like B4UIndia with a peanut size of customer-approach, on whose your online presence depends and your business is directly driven. Even cheapest hosting with bigger players I found much organised, well mannered, and more service-oriented- all in same price.
