DDoS-Guard don't reply, don't act...they don't even send you an automated message telling you they're taking care of the matter and giving you a ticket number. It's worse than that: they themselves know that emails received at those contacts are treated like trash by DDoS-Guard, as the agents in the live chat, even after many days, tell you that their best recommendation is to just write to abuse@ ddos-guard.net over and over again, completely disregarding your past reports. UPDATE - 2 August 2024 So, immediately after my justifiably negative review, the only "update" I got was them blocking my IP and the domain of my emails (it's a personal domain), so as not to be "bothered" anymore with notifications of criminal activity in their websites. What I find even less professional was that they blocked my IP from accessing the infringing site, in a really childish and laughable attempt to make me think that they took down the whole site and that the issue was over.
