IT person and understand what is going on. I don't but had a leap of faith and just did what I was told to do. And it appears to have worked!

to buy a new hosting package. It took several days for the site to become active. Even then, the SSL certificate was not installed for several more days. It was then that I discovered that they do NOT have an active Help Desk. Nor do they respond to emails or messages on social media. More recently, I was notified that my debit card was declined for my monthly billing. I checked my accounts to find that they were in good standing. I tried to make a manual payment on their website, but it kept denying my card. I tried different cards , all in good standing, but they kept being denied. My hosting account and website were suspended. Even when I was able to make my payment it's still Suspended. Again, I emailed and messaged on Social Media. Its been 3 weeks, and I have not had ANY contact from them. They are not worth the headache at all.
