h others like Hostinger does. I took A2 Hosting's hosting package in November 2023 on a Black Friday sale but still got an expensive deal. I hosted my sites on their maximum limit of three subdomains. In August end 2024, I emailed them saying I wouldn't be renewing their hosting in November 2024 and deleted my credit card details from their site. Within 24 hours I got a bunch of emails saying my account had been terminated for violation of some TOS. Apparently, 9 months after I hosted my websites, they found evidence of phishing just after I had emailed them saying I won't be renewing in November. So as revenge they did not allow me to use their hosting services for the next three months although I had paid for 12 months. They are plain cheats and scammers. I regret using their services and plan on reporting them to regulatory and enforcement authorities.
Webmasters are incompetent and dishonest. Avoid this ISP
Primary domain name was INCLUDED with hosting and for several years all I recieved was notice to renew and they renewed the domain name automatically....
They sent a renewal 10/01/19 as usual and I renewed. Suddenly and with NO NOTICE and NO WARNING the put the domain name into redemption status and my site and Email stopped working.
They are blaming me for not renewing the domain name! I asked why they gave NO NOTICE and they claimed they had so it MUST be MY fault for not keeping the info up to date. The info has NOT changes once in the YEARS I used Webmasters and they had no problem sending the notice to renew hosting.
They screwed up and refuse to take responsibility. I now have to pay $150 for them to 'try' to get the domain name back.
If they make a mistake and own it and fix it, I have no problem, but them to make excuses and flat out LIE about it is just unacceptable. Avoid this place!
